Payment, cancellation and refund policy: Prepayment is required for all lessons at the time of booking. Thereafter you may change your lesson to another date/time provided 48 hours notice is given. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance for whatever reason. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers. I understand that should adverse weather conditions mean it is not safe to ride, my session will be changed to a stable management session. I accept that no refund/discount or credit will be issued. I understand that the Riding School will make decisions based on the weather, ground conditions and the health and safety of both horse and rider, as to whether any riding is carried out in the arena, out hacking or within Little Hooves grounds.
